Polartech offers three distinct product lines designed to meet customer formulatory needs in developing solutions for specific applications. An extensive development and testing program ensures these products are readily compatible with a variety of base fluids and additive systems.
Emulsifiers
MA™ Series
An additive series, with corrosion inhibition (CI), emulsification and lubricity enhancement all within a single product. These multifunctional additives based upon an optimised combination of fatty acids and amines produces a wide range of performance capabilities to the formulating chemist. Suitable for use as the primary emulsifier in a wide range of semi-synthetic formulations, in addition the MA™ Series of amides can provide an effective ferrous CI boost in traditional soluble oils.
EA™ Series
The EA™ series forms a complementary range of primary and secondary emulsifiers. These specially designed emulsifiers have been created for specific applicational requirements.
Coupling Agents
GA™ Series
Specially designed coupling agents which give the formulator improved control in achieving concentrate & emulsion stability. The GA™ Series provide excellent coupling effect, low temperature concentrate stability and are low odour while being compatible with both soluble and semi-synthetic formulations.
