Metalworking Fluid Packages

Packages offer the ideal 'half way' option between in-house formulations and bought in finished products. Typically where there are economies to be gained either in transportation or blending capacity utilisation, Packages are the preferred option for many of Polartech's customers.

 

Available in variants to enable the blending of most products, from basic 'milky' types through to higher performance long-life fluids, Packages are designed specifically for individual customer requirements.

 

It is normal practice to provide packages to be blended on customer specific base oils and to offer suggested formulations.

Polartech® Metalworking Fluid Package Product Ranges

 

6000 SERIES

The 6000 series consists of conventionally-emulsified soluble oil packages for the manufacture of ranges of soluble metalworking fluids. They are designed to be customer-specific, and consists of optimised combinations which offer both secondary amine / secondary amine free technology and include variants with and without biocide. Products exist for blending with many different base stocks.

 

GFC™ SERIES

The GFC Series is a flexible, selective range of concentrates which can be used for formulating fully synthetic, inherently stable, nitrite-free grinding and machining fluids.

 

SUPERBASE™

Polartech Superbases offer an innovative range of concentrates for use in the manufacture of ranges of long service life fluids. Both extreme pressure (EP) and non-EP variants are available, and they are primarily formulated for dilution with different ratios of base oil and water to give cost-effective, high performance, inherently stable fluids.
